Assignment Description

We are looking for a Business Analyst

What You Will Work On

• Capture and analyze business requirements
• Translate business needs into technical and functional requirements
• Break down requirements into Epics, Features and User Stories
• Support the Product Owner with backlog prioritization
• Facilitate backlog refinement
• Ensure requirements are clear, aligned and ready for development
• Conduct workshops with business stakeholders
• Perform process mapping and analysis
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners and development teams
• Communicate requirements and solutions to both business and technical audiences
• Contribute to AI-assisted development practices
• Help improve development processes and ways of working
• Support increased delivery capacity and shorter lead times

What You Bring

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Requirements Analyst
• Experience with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban
• Experience working closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners and developers
• Strong experience in requirements management
• Experience conducting workshops
• Experience with process mapping
• Experience with Jira or similar tools
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to translate complex requirements into clear solutions
• Experience working with AI in software development
• Ability to inspire others to adopt AI-supported ways of working
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Structured and self-driven working style
• Fluent Swedish and English, both written and spoken
