Business Planning:
- You develop clear business plans and a winning strategy for each of your selected accounts.
- You set annual targets per account and continuously track KPIs through account mapping.
- You keep projects and opportunities up to date in Salesforce, actively managing your project pipeline.
- You visit your assigned accounts and their branch offices regularly across the North Germany territory, building close, trusted relationships over time.
- You work closely with partners to build the project pipeline and close deals together.
- You ensure partners have the knowledge and training needed to sell the full Axis solutions portfolio, including participation in the Axis Communications Academy.
- You join partners on end-user visits and collaborate on marketing activities to generate new opportunities.
- You take ownership of your sales targets and assigned KPIs.
- You actively use our business tools - Salesforce, Prisma, and Workday - to manage your accounts and pipeline.
- You collaborate closely with the Inside Sales team, fellow Key Account Managers, and Account Managers within your territory and beyond.
- You work hand in hand with Sales Engineers to strengthen the technical depth of your projects.
- You partner with the Key Account Manager - End Customer to craft the best solutions and ensure strong alignment across our partner ecosystem.
- You act as a genuine ambassador of our company culture, and take on additional tasks as assigned by your Line Manager.

- Confident using CRM and business management tools such as Salesforce
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills across all stakeholder levels
- A collaborative mindset, comfortable working closely with cross-functional teams (Sales Engineers, Inside Sales, Marketing)
- Highly organised, self-driven, and structured in your approach to work
- Fluency in German, with English valuable for regional and international collaboration
- Willingness to travel regularly within North Germany, occasionally within the wider region, and periodically to Axis HQ in Sweden
- Alignment with our values: Think Big. Always Open. Act as One.
- Ownership of some of our most strategic customer relationships
- Close collaboration with a passionate, cross-functional sales team
- Internal events across the region and EMEA
- Axis pension contribution and competitive salary
- 100 days fully paid parental leave (gender neutral)
