About the Role

You will play a key role in strengthening production quality in a robotics-focused manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role where you work close to operations, analyze quality performance, and turn deviations into lasting improvements. You will collaborate with production, supplier quality, production engineering, and R&D to improve processes, reduce scrap and rework, and support a stable, high-quality flow in production.

The role suits you if you enjoy combining analysis with action and want to influence both day-to-day quality work and broader improvement initiatives in a technically driven setting.

Job Description
  • You will monitor, analyze, and report production quality KPIs.
  • You will lead continuous improvement activities with a focus on Lean Six Sigma.
  • You will perform root cause analysis and drive corrective actions to resolve quality deviations.
  • You will identify opportunities to reduce scrap, rework, and recurring quality issues in production.
  • You will manage quality deviations in SAP and support structured follow-up.
  • You will contribute to the development of PFMEA and Control Plans.
  • You will perform internal quality audits and support compliance with quality processes.
  • You will work closely with Production, Supplier Quality, Production Engineering, and R&D on production-related quality matters.
  • You will participate in Andon processes and support quality aspects in production-related projects.
  • You will support quality training as well as customer and product support activities when needed.
  • You will act when production or delivery needs to be stopped due to quality concerns.
Requirements
  • Strong experience within production or manufacturing quality.
  • Practical knowledge of Lean Six Sigma.
  • Experience with APQP, PFMEA, and Control Plans.
  • Strong experience in root cause analysis and structured problem solving.
  • Experience with continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Ability to handle several quality issues at the same time and collaborate across different functions.
  • Working command of English.
