Junior Test Developer

We are looking for a Junior Test Developer for a global company in Borås.

Start is in Sep 2026, 3-months limited contract to begin with, possibility of extension after that.

In this role, the selected individual will engage in a variety of activities, including developing and maintaining production test solutions, verifying production test systems, integrating hardware and software, and validating product prototypes before they are released to production. This position is perfect for someone who is passionate about technology, enjoys hands-on activities, and loves to solve complex problems.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing, integrating, and verifying test system hardware and software

• Documenting product development processes

• Planning and executing design sprints with the development team

We are looking for candidates who bring:

• Basic knowledge of electronics

• Some experience in electronics manufacturing

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• A knack for finding opportunities for improvement

• C# programming knowledge

Familiarity with the following tools and competencies is a plus:

• Labview

• Measurement instruments

• Digital systems

• Object-oriented programming

• RF and microwave development

• Experience with agile methodologies

On a personal level, the ideal candidate will be socially driven, a great team player, eager to learn, curious, and willing to share ideas. They should also be capable of working independently. Proficiency in English is required for this role.

This is a full-time consultant position in Borås through Incluso. Start is in in Sep 2026, 3 months limited contract to begin with. This role is 100% onsite in Borås.
