At Telavox, we're looking for a Billing Coordinator to join our Billing & Collection Team on a 12-month parental leave cover and play an important role in keeping our financial processes accurate, efficient, and on track.

As a Billing Coordinator, you'll be part of our Billing & Collection Team. The team plays an important role in ensuring the financial health of Telavox by managing accounts receivable, handling payment and billing-related questions, and supporting our partners and internal teams.

In your day-to-day, you will:

• Process incoming payments and allocate them to the appropriate customer accounts.

• Maintain control of accounts receivable aging and bad debt

• Act as a second-line support for our partners regarding commission-related questions

• Support internal teams with invoicing-related questions as a third-line function

• Calculate and send commissions to our partners

• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline our accounts receivable processes

You'll work closely with colleagues across the organisation, helping solve financial and billing-related questions while continuously looking for smarter and more efficient ways of working.

The role is in our vibrant new headquarters in Malmö.

You're a finance professional who enjoys taking ownership and making sure things get done. You have a finance education and 1-2 years of experience working in a finance department or a similar role.

You're structured and detail-oriented, but you're also comfortable working at a fast pace and finding solutions when things don't go according to plan. You communicate clearly and enjoy collaborating with others, both within your team and across the organisation.
