Recognized with the Highest Growth Award and ranked #3 Overall Champion at the Main Software 50 Awards Nordics, we’re scaling fast and looking for people who want to join the journey. At Xensam, you play a key role in a team built on energy, focus, and positivity. We value experience, but even more, the person behind it.

Together, we build the future of SAM.

About the role

We are looking for a Revenue Enablement Specialist to help our go-to-market teams perform at their best.

In this role, you will create and deliver the content, training, and resources that help our Business Development, Sales, and Customer Success teams succeed. From sales playbooks and learning materials to workshops and onboarding, you will help turn knowledge into practical tools that teams can use every day.

You will join our growing Revenue Operation and Enablement team and will work closely with teams across Revenue, Marketing, and Product to understand where support is needed, identify gaps, and continuously improve how we enable our teams.

You don't need previous Revenue Enablement experience to succeed in this role. We're looking for someone with the right mindset, strong communication skills, and relevant experience from a B2B SaaS go-to-market environment.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and manage enablement resources so they stay relevant, accessible, and easy to use

  • Work closely with Product Marketing to support the adoption of buyer-facing content and resources

  • Support the implementation of sales methodologies and frameworks across the revenue cycle

  • Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and onboarding for GTM teams

  • Create and maintain sales playbooks, learning materials, battlecards, job aids, and other enablement content

  • Help teams get more value from enablement tools, including conversational intelligence and CRM features

  • Track the adoption and impact of enablement content, programs, and tools

  • Gather feedback from GTM teams to identify content gaps and training needs

  • Work with Revenue Operations to use data and insights to identify where enablement can have the greatest impact

Qualifications

  • Experience working with B2B SaaS go-to-market teams, such as Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, or Account Management

  • Good understanding of B2B SaaS sales processes, methodologies, or qualification frameworks

  • Excellent written and spoken English

  • Clear and engaging communication and presentation skills

  • Strong ability to collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Product, and other teams

  • Experience creating learning, training, or educational content for others

  • Ability to turn complex information into clear, practical, and actionable content

  • A structured and conscientious approach to your work

  • Curious, open to feedback, and motivated to continuously learn and improve

Bonus points if you have

  • Previous experience in Revenue Enablement

  • Knowledge of instructional design or adult learning principles

What you get

  • A generous work culture with free drinks and snacks, office massages, and more.

  • Three days in-office (with remote work on Mondays and Fridays).

  • An opportunity to shape your career growth while contributing to the company’s success.

  • A dynamic position embracing "freedom under responsibility".

  • If sales targets are met, all employees enjoy an annual destination trip.

  • Other location-specific benefits.
