Radiation therapists wanted for a unique 6-month opportunity in Iceland

Are you ready to combine professional development with a new work environment?

We are looking for skilled and motivated radiation therapists (radiographers with a specialization in radiotherapy) for a 6-month assignment in Iceland. This is a great opportunity to work with advanced cancer treatment while becoming an important part of a highly competent multidisciplinary team, with close and meaningful patient interaction.

Duration

6 months, start date by agreement

Your responsibilities

  • Planning and delivering radiotherapy treatments for cancer patients
  • Operating advanced equipment such as linear accelerators
  • Ensuring precise treatment while minimizing exposure to healthy tissue
  • Supporting and guiding patients throughout their treatment journey

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in radiotherapy or radiography with specialization in radiotherapy from an EU/EEA country
  • Additional specialization or master’s degree is an advantage
  • Strong professional interest in oncology and cancer treatment
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Fluency in written and spoken English (working language is English)
  • Patient-focused approach and ability to handle new challenges
