Agile Gothenburg is looking for a partnership coordinator to assist in a project that is dedicated to safeguarding and advancing the rights of immigrants across Sweden and the EU.

You will have the unique opportunity to help build our political strategy, shape core policy platforms, analyze national political trends, and position our initiative effectively in the public debate.

✅ What You’ll Do

  • Develop the project’s party program and core policies.
  • Brief candidates on national issues to ensure unified messaging.
  • Analyze political trends and target key voter demographics.
  • Support negotiations to build strategic coalitions with like-minded political parties.
  • Monitor legislative updates to provide actionable insights for daily media positioning.

🎯 What You Bring

  • Rocking (or about to rock) a degree in in political science, public policy, law, international relations, or similar.
  • Deep understanding of the Swedish political landscape.
  • Commitment to human rights and social justice.
  • Strong political analysis, writing, and communication skills.
  • Applications from individuals with a foreign background (born abroad or with at least one foreign-born parent) are highly encouraged.
  • Proficiency in languages common among immigrant communities (e.g., Arabic, Ukrainian, Persian, Kurdish, Turkish, Somali, or Bosnian) is a significant advantage.
