We are looking for an experienced Senior EPC Procurement & Project Manager to support our growing activities within industrial, energy and infrastructure projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for procurement, supplier management, project coordination and execution of EPC-related activities from tender stage through project completion.

You will work closely with engineering teams, suppliers, clients and project management to ensure technical, commercial and schedule requirements are fulfilled.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage procurement activities from RFQ to Purchase Order.
• Prepare and evaluate technical and commercial bids.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Coordinate procurement with engineering and project teams.
• Monitor supplier performance, logistics and delivery schedules.
• Support project planning, budgeting and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with quality, HSE and contractual requirements.
• Participate in project meetings and reporting.
• Manage vendor documentation and expediting activities.
• Support commissioning and project close-out when required.

Required Qualifications

Applicants should have:

• University degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of experience in EPC projects within Oil & Gas, Energy or Industrial sectors.
• Strong experience in procurement and supplier management.
• Experience with RFQs, bid evaluations, purchase orders and contract administration.
• Good understanding of project execution and EPC delivery.
• Experience working with international suppliers.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Professional English, both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications

It is considered an advantage if the applicant has:

• Experience with custody transfer or flow metering systems.
• Experience working in international EPC environments.
• Knowledge of Swedish business practices.
• Additional languages such as Persian or Swedish.
