We are looking for a Sous chef for a wellness company working with food production.

Who we are looking for:Sous chef
Your responsibilities:- Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations- Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and production plans - Maintain the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness- Ensure consistent quality and presentation across all products - Help organize production, inventory, and ingredient preparation - Work efficiently in a fast-paced production kitchen and contribute to continuous improvements in kitchen processes and workflow.
Requirements:- You have basic understanding of Swedish (can follow simple instructions) - You have working proficiency in English (can handle most job-related communication independently) - You have previous experience working in a professional kitchen - Experience in a production kitchen or large-scale food production is a strong advantage - You have strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene (HACCP).
Your profile:- You are able to follow recipes with precision and consistency- You have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - You are comfortable working under high quality standards and structured processes.
What employer offers:- Part-time employment (80%) with start as soon as possible- Working hours are during office hours on weekdays.Important:This position is part of a project co-financed by the European Union through the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund (AMIF). The project aims to support third-country nationals in their integration into the Swedish labour market. Participants have a residence permit in Sweden but do not have Swedish citizenship or EU/EEA citizenship
