NANNY POSITIONS – FALSTERBO, SKÅNE

Welcome 2 Sweden AB (VIP Sweden) is seeking two experienced, caring, and professional nannies to join a private family based primarily in Falsterbo, Skåne.

These positions are ideal for candidates living in Falsterbo, Skanör, Höllviken, Vellinge, or the surrounding areas. While the family also has a residence in Stockholm, the roles will mainly be based in Falsterbo.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care for a young baby.
• Support the family with practical childcare-related duties as required.
• Maintain a safe, nurturing, and professional environment.

Position Details

• Two positions available.
• Based primarily in Falsterbo, Skåne.
• Full-time, part-time, or as-needed employment available.
• Day, evening, night, and weekend shifts may be required.
• Immediate or short-notice availability is an advantage.
• Occasional travel to the family’s Stockholm residence may be required.
• Opportunity for long-term employment.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who are:

• Experienced in caring for newborns and infants.
• Caring, reliable, discreet, and trustworthy.
• Calm, patient, and professional.
• Flexible with working hours.
• Proactive and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to commute reliably to Falsterbo.

Previous experience as a nanny, nursery nurse, or childcare professional, relevant childcare qualifications, and excellent references are highly desirable.

Applicants must have the legal right to work in Sweden. A Swedish Police criminal record extract may be required during the recruitment process.
