Assignment Description
We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer – Platform Infrastructure
What You Will Work On
- Design, develop, and operate cloud platforms across GCP, Azure, and AWS
- Build and maintain compute, storage, networking, identity management, and platform services
- Own the full platform lifecycle from design through development, deployment, operations, and on-call support
- Develop and improve CI/CD pipelines, build systems, deployment platforms, and observability solutions
- Build secure-by-default platform infrastructure
- Automate infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
- Develop and manage Kubernetes-based platforms
- Build scalable self-service developer platforms
- Participate in incident response, troubleshooting, postmortems, and operational improvements
- Implement AI-assisted automation and operational tooling
- Collaborate with software engineering, infrastructure, and platform teams
- Contribute to platform architecture, technical strategy, and engineering standards
- Perform code reviews and mentor other engineers
- Improve platform reliability, scalability, performance, and cost optimization
What You Bring
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Platform Engineering, Backend Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or Software Engineering
- Strong experience building and operating large-scale production systems
- Deep expertise in at least one cloud platform:
- Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Microsoft Azure
- Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Strong experience with Kubernetes
- Strong experience with Terraform
- Strong programming skills in one or more of:
- Go
- Java
- Python
- TypeScript
- Experience with CI/CD, deployment automation, build systems, and observability
- Experience building self-service developer platforms
- Strong understanding of distributed systems
- Experience with system reliability, scalability, monitoring, and operations
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ownership mindset with strong problem-solving skills
