Assignment Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Automation Engineer
What You Will Work On
- Develop, optimize, and support industrial automation systems
- Participate in verification, testing, commissioning, and production start-up activities
- Support production ramp-up and operational readiness
- Troubleshoot complex automation and control system issues
- Perform structured root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate technical activities between production, engineering, suppliers, and project teams
- Support automated manufacturing, assembly, and logistics systems
- Improve machine interfaces and industrial control solutions
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase reliability and efficiency
- Participate in industrial investment and automation development projects
- Support automation standards, best practices, and engineering documentation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across manufacturing and engineering
- Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and knowledge sharing within automation
- Ensure automation solutions meet quality, safety, and operational requirements
What You Bring
- Minimum 8 years of experience in industrial automation engineering
- Strong experience in automated manufacturing, assembly, or logistics environments
- Deep understanding of industrial automation systems and machine interfaces
- Experience with industrial control systems
- Experience with FAT, SAT, commissioning, start-up, and production ramp-up
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
- Experience coordinating technical interfaces between production, engineering, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
- Strong analytical, structured, and solution-oriented approach
- Ability to work independently while supporting multidisciplinary teams
