Assignment Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Automation Engineer

What You Will Work On

  • Develop, optimize, and support industrial automation systems
  • Participate in verification, testing, commissioning, and production start-up activities
  • Support production ramp-up and operational readiness
  • Troubleshoot complex automation and control system issues
  • Perform structured root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
  • Coordinate technical activities between production, engineering, suppliers, and project teams
  • Support automated manufacturing, assembly, and logistics systems
  • Improve machine interfaces and industrial control solutions
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase reliability and efficiency
  • Participate in industrial investment and automation development projects
  • Support automation standards, best practices, and engineering documentation
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across manufacturing and engineering
  • Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and knowledge sharing within automation
  • Ensure automation solutions meet quality, safety, and operational requirements

What You Bring

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in industrial automation engineering
  • Strong experience in automated manufacturing, assembly, or logistics environments
  • Deep understanding of industrial automation systems and machine interfaces
  • Experience with industrial control systems
  • Experience with FAT, SAT, commissioning, start-up, and production ramp-up
  • Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
  • Experience coordinating technical interfaces between production, engineering, suppliers, and stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken
  • Strong analytical, structured, and solution-oriented approach
  • Ability to work independently while supporting multidisciplinary teams
