About the role

As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for providing technical advisory services and supporting clients with the implementation and adoption of Position Green’s software solution. You will act as a trusted advisor throughout the customer journey, helping clients configure the platform, establish effective data structures and workflows, and ensure successful, high-quality implementations aligned with their business needs.

In this role, you will mainly:

• Manage and drive Technical Advisory projects, such as implementations and module adoptions

• Facilitate client meetings and smaller workshops

• Support clients with advanced configurations, customizations, and integrations

• Troubleshoot complex platform issues and recommend practical solutions

• Contribute to technical proposal processes for client development

• Build trust with clients and colleagues through reliability, structure, and a constructive mindset

Are you the one we’re looking for?

We believe that you are a proactive and entrepreneurial person with a passion for sustainability and technology. You enjoy working with clients, both in understanding and addressing their pain points and in helping them realize their long term sustainability ambitions.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A relevant degree or equivalent experience in engineering or data science

• The ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple priorities at the same time

• Strong communication and relationship building skills, including the ability to drive conversations around complex issues

• A proactive and solution oriented mindset

• Professional language proficiency in English, written and spoken

It is also good if you have experience from working with sustainability data management or a commercial role in a SaaS company, but this is not a requirement.

Location

We are looking for someone based in the greater Stockholm region who can be in the office at least 3 days a week, with the possibility to work remotely when it suits you and your schedule best.
