Sustainability Reporting Lead

Are you passionate about turning sustainability ambitions into transparent, credible, and impactful reporting?

As sustainability regulations and stakeholder expectations continue to evolve, we are looking for a Sustainability Reporting Lead who wants to drive transparency, accountability, and excellence in sustainability reporting across our organization.

Your role in our team

As Sustainability Reporting Lead, you will lead and continuously develop Lindex’s sustainability reporting, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and reporting standards. Acting as our expert within sustainability reporting, you will drive the reporting process end-to-end and work cross-functionally to secure high-quality, reliable, and transparent sustainability disclosures.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the sustainability reporting process from planning and data collection to quality assurance and publication.
  • Ensure compliance with sustainability reporting requirements, including CSRD, ESRS, EU Taxonomy, and other relevant frameworks.
  • Monitor regulatory developments and translate new requirements into practical reporting processes and governance structures.
  • Drive continuous improvements in reporting processes, controls, documentation, systems, and data management.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to secure accurate, reliable, and decision-useful sustainability data.
  • Support internal and external assurance activities, audits, and reviews.
  • Analyze sustainability performance data and provide insights to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
  • Contribute to sustainability-related disclosures and communication towards external stakeholders.
  • Be responsible for Lindex climate calculations and reporting, including methodology development, data quality, process efficiency and regulatory compliance.


Is this you?

We believe you are a structured and analytical professional with a strong interest in sustainability, governance, and reporting. You enjoy working in a dynamic environment with many stakeholders and have the ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.

You are proactive, collaborative, and comfortable taking ownership of projects and driving them forward independently. You have strong communication skills and can explain complex reporting requirements in a clear and practical way.

This also sounds like you:

  • A university degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • A few years experience in sustainability reporting, ESG reporting, financial reporting.
  • Good knowledge of sustainability reporting regulations and frameworks, including CSRD, ESRS, and EU Taxonomy.
  • Experience working with data management, internal controls, governance processes, or assurance activities.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with large volumes of data.
  • Proven project management skills and experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience from retail or fashion industry is considered a merit.
