We are now looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team. As CFO, you will be responsible for financial strategy, reporting, compliance, and supporting sustainable growth. You will play a key role in developing financial structures, processes, and governance as we expand internationally.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning, reporting, and analysis
- Ensure compliance with accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements
- Support strategic decisions with financial insights
- Develop internal processes for efficiency and transparency
Qualifications:
- Solid experience in finance, accounting, or controlling
- Strong analytical and strategic mindset
- Ability to work independently in a growing international company
- Excellent English skills (Swedish is a plus)
