About the RoleAs our Commercial Data Analyst, you will bridge the gap between commercial execution and financial strategy by reporting directly to the Head of FP&A. You will have end-to-end ownership of our Growth Scorecard, analyzing full-funnel efficiency from granular marketing campaigns to partner channel profitability. This mission critical role empowers you to act as a data-driven accelerator, ensuring our customer acquisition strategy directly scales Customer Lifetime Value.
Key responsibilitiesArchitect and maintain the core Growth Scorecard to evaluate fully loaded acquisition costs and multi-channel ROI frameworks.
Refine attribution modeling logic across multi-channel touchpoints to ensure accurate revenue credit and resource allocation.
Design and analyze controlled experiments and A/B tests to measure the exact causal impact of commercial initiatives.
Act as the financial controller for third-party partnerships, validating commission structures and outbound sales unit economics.
Build predictive dashboards to track customer cohort payback periods and identify early indicators of non-default churn.
We are seeking a structured analyst who can drive alignment between our growth and finance teams by translating raw data into strategic commercial recommendations. You possess a pragmatic mindset focused on building scalable frameworks, paired with the communication skills needed to confidently challenge assumptions.
QualificationsSeveral years of experience in data analytics, business control, or growth analytics within Fintech, banking, or fast-paced digital sectors.
Advanced technical proficiency in SQL, Excel, and business intelligence dashboards like PowerBI or AWS QuickSight.
Deep understanding of marketing unit economics, including CAC, CLV, and cohort payback tracking.
University degree in economics, engineering, mathematics, statistics, or a related quantitative field.
Professional fluency in spoken and written English.
