You will step into a hybrid leadership role in a modern software delivery environment where customer needs need to become clear priorities and reliable delivery. In this role, you connect the what and why with the how, helping a cross-functional team create measurable value while keeping flow, quality, and sustainability in focus.

You will work close to both business and engineering, turning needs into outcomes, backlog direction, and practical delivery plans. The role suits you if you enjoy moving between strategy, stakeholder dialogue, prioritization, and daily team enablement. It is an interesting opportunity to influence both customer outcomes and the way a team delivers in a DevOps-driven setting.

• You will own the customer value agenda by defining outcomes, priorities, and direction for the team.
• You will translate customer needs, drivers, and constraints into clear problem statements, KPIs, and a well-prioritized backlog.
• You will align delivery with product roadmaps, architecture, and established standards.
• You will balance support needs, continuous improvements, and strategic initiatives.
• You will create and maintain a realistic delivery plan through backlog work, sprint planning, and PI planning.
• You will facilitate team ceremonies, support continuous improvement, and remove impediments that slow down delivery.
• You will manage dependencies and improve lead time, predictability, and throughput.
• You will act as the main interface toward customer-facing and internal stakeholders, communicating priorities, risks, and progress clearly.
• You will collaborate with architects, product management, and capability teams to keep direction and execution aligned.
• You will support DevOps ways of working, architecture principles, security standards, and the daily handling of risks, compliance, and technical debt.
• You will help build a collaborative team culture with sustainable pace, strong engagement, and room for learning and skill development.

• 3–8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Product Ownership, Agile leadership, or similar roles.
• Strong ability to balance strategy with hands-on delivery execution.
• Experience working with DevOps, modern software delivery, and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• English and Swedish.
• Ability to pass security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship not permitted)
