Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Stockholm. The Architect will lead architectural design projects, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and develop creative solutions for complex design challenges. The responsibilities include designing and overseeing construction plans, integrating technical requirements, and ensuring all projects align with functional and aesthetic goals. The Architect will also play an integral role in project management, ensuring designs are executed on time and within budget.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to create functional and innovative designs
  • Proficiency in Software Development and Integration, leveraging technical tools for efficient project delivery
  • Strong Project Management skills to lead teams, manage timelines, and oversee budgets effectively
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate across disciplines
  • Knowledge of local building regulations and sustainable design practices
  • Professional degree in Architecture or a related field
  • Licensing as an architect or relevant certification (preferred)
  • Experience with advanced design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools
