Assignment Description
We are currently looking for a Senior .NET Developer to join an agile team responsible for managing, maintaining, and further developing a portfolio of HR-related applications within a large banking environment.
What You Will Work On
- Analyze and understand business requirements within the HR domain
- Design and implement scalable and maintainable software solutions
- Develop and maintain both backend and frontend components
- Enhance and modernize existing HR applications
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and team members to deliver business value
- Participate in agile ceremonies and continuous improvement activities
- Improve application quality, performance, and maintainability
- Support modernization of legacy applications and technologies
- Contribute to technical discussions, solution architecture, and best practices
- Drive continuous improvements in development processes and ways of working
What You Bring
- Several years of hands-on experience in .NET and C# development
- Strong experience with both backend and frontend development
- Experience working across the full application stack
- Solid understanding of business-oriented application development
- Experience working in agile teams and development environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to quickly understand and navigate existing systems and codebases
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Self-driven and proactive working style
- Experience designing sustainable and maintainable software solutions
