SOLUTION ARCHITECT

Position Overview

As a Solution Architect within our Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) landscape, you will play a key role in shaping and governing our Sales and Customer Experience platforms. You will own end-to-end solution design, ensuring scalable, sustainable, and business-aligned implementations. Acting as a bridge between business and technology, you will translate requirements into robust solutions across D365 CE, while leading integrations with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (FnO) and external systems. You will also define architectural standards, guide teams and partners, and ensure quality and consistency across deliveries. Working closely with stakeholders, you will contribute to the platform roadmap and continuous improvement, balancing business needs with long-term architectural integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end solution design for D365 CE (Sales & Customer Service)
• Act as design authority, ensuring architectural quality and consistency
• Define and govern standards for configuration, customization, security, and integrations
• Lead integration design across D365 CE, D365 FnO, and external systems
• Review and approve technical designs from internal teams and partners
• Translate business requirements into scalable, sustainable solutions
• Contribute to roadmap planning and continuous platform improvement

Who You Are

You are a solution-oriented architect with a strong hands-on background in Dynamics 365 CE, including configuration, customization, and integrations. You are comfortable stepping into an architectural role, combining technical expertise with a strategic, end-to-end perspective on Sales and Customer Experience processes.

You confidently challenge requirements and guide stakeholders toward scalable, sustainable solutions, while communicating effectively with both technical teams and business partners. With a structured and process-driven approach, you balance business agility with strong architectural integrity.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong experience with Dynamics 365 CE (Sales and/or Customer Service)
• Proven background as Solution Architect or Senior Consultant
• Solid knowledge of Dataverse, security models, and ALM
• Experience with integrations (APIs, middleware, FnO)
• Ability to review and govern technical deliveries

Meriting Skills:

• Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (FnO)
• Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)
• Experience in global or multi-entity environments
• Familiarity with frameworks such as ITIL
