About the Company

At Avaron, you get the security of permanent employment combined with the variety of working at different customers. We place specialists across everything from tech, IT and industry to project management and business support – and whatever the assignment, you have a consultant manager who is there for you and your development.

About the Role

You will join an overseas transport team that makes sure vehicles produced at European manufacturing sites reach customers around the world safely, on time, and in line with regulations. The role sits at the center of a complex logistics flow where road and sea transport, customs handling, documentation, and daily coordination all need to work together.

A large part of the work focuses on special vehicle transports and urgent bookings. That means you need to be comfortable switching priorities, solving problems quickly, and keeping many moving parts aligned without losing structure. You will work closely with carriers, production sites, and internal stakeholders to keep deliveries on track and handle disruptions when they occur.

This is a strong opportunity for you if you enjoy a hands-on coordination role with international reach, a high pace, and real impact on the full transport chain.

Job Description
  • You will monitor and follow up on the daily transport flow to secure smooth operations and timely deliveries.
  • You will plan, book, and coordinate outbound transports, including urgent and rush shipments.
  • You will manage deviations by identifying issues, driving corrective actions, and keeping relevant stakeholders informed.
  • You will work closely with carriers, production sites, and internal teams to maintain an efficient and reliable delivery flow.
  • You will prepare and manage transport documentation, including customs-related documentation.
  • You will help develop and activate emergency plans when disruptions affect the transport chain.
  • You will ensure that transport activities follow internal processes, external regulations, and customer requirements.
Requirements
  • 2 - 5 years of relevant experience in transport coordination, logistics, or supply chain
  • Experience working independently with general supervision
  • Ability to handle difficult, but not highly complex, problems using practical knowledge
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain facts, policies, and practices clearly
  • A high sense of urgency and flexibility, especially in connection with special vehicle transports
  • Fluent in English
Nice to have
  • Experience with road and sea transport
  • Knowledge of customs procedures and transport documentation
  • Swedish language skills
What We Offer
  • Permanent employment at Avaron AB
  • Occupational pension
  • Wellness allowance of SEK 5,000 per year
