Assignment Description

We are currently looking for a Senior Cloud Engineer to join an innovative and technology-driven product company in Stockholm.

What You Will Work On

• Design, build, and operate cloud infrastructure and services within Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Develop and optimize backend solutions with focus on scalability, stability, and performance
• Work with system architecture and design for modern cloud-native platforms and services
• Ensure high availability, maintainability, and monitoring of critical systems
• Collaborate closely with developers, product teams, and business stakeholders
• Contribute to engineering best practices within cloud infrastructure and backend development
• Support continuous improvements within deployment pipelines and operational processes
• Participate in technical decision-making and long-term platform development
• Build scalable and reliable solutions for modern digital products and services

What You Bring

• Minimum 5 years of experience within backend and cloud development
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure
• Strong expertise within Node.js and database technologies, preferably PostgreSQL
• Good understanding of system architecture and distributed systems
• Experience building scalable and robust solutions in modern cloud environments
• Ability to take ownership and independently drive technical initiatives forward
• Experience working within agile and product-oriented development environments
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and business teams
