At Sheraton Stockholm Hotel, we believe that great service starts with great people. We are now looking for a passionate, hands on and service driven Breakfast & Lunch Supervisor to join our Food & Beverage team.
In this role, you will work closely with the Breakfast Manager and Restaurant Manager to ensure smooth daily operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience during both breakfast and lunch service. You will act as a leader on the floor, supporting the team, engaging with guests and ensuring that Marriott standards are consistently upheld.
What You Will Do
Guest Experience & Service
- Lead by example in delivering warm, professional and personalized guest service
- Ensure high standards of food and beverage service across breakfast, lunch and lounge operations
- Welcome and seat guests confidently and professionally
- Support the team in creating memorable guest interactions and recommending menu items
- Monitor service flow, order taking and POS handling to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns in a professional manner
- Ensure cleanliness, presentation and atmosphere are maintained throughout the shift
- Create a welcoming environment by anticipating guest needs and supporting the team proactively
- Act as the leader on duty when the Breakfast Manager is not present
- Be the main point of contact and Head Waiter during lunch service
- Coach, guide and support the team during service
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment
- Lead by example in professionalism, grooming and service culture
- Support other Food & Beverage outlets when operationally needed
- Support with scheduling, ordering and inventory management when needed
- Ensure opening and closing routines are completed correctly
- Maintain clean and organized service areas using “clean as you go” principles
- Assist with onboarding and training of new team members
- Support the planning and execution of promotions and smaller events
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage service, preferably in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A hands on approach and ability to lead during busy service periods
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining high standards
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
- Experience working with POS systems is an advantage
- Fluent English required, Swedish is considered a plus
