Assignment Description
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst / Requirements Analyst to join a major transformation initiative involving the implementation of a new IT platform supporting and future-proofing operations within the Custody domain.
What You Will Work On
- Lead and drive business and technical requirements analysis activities
- Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements
- Align business needs with capabilities of standard platform solutions
- Bridge the gap between business expectations and technical possibilities
- Support solution evaluation, feasibility analysis, and implementation planning
- Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, developers, and project managers
- Contribute to system-related and technical requirement specifications
- Support analysis of integrations, protocols, and platform capabilities
- Follow up and challenge proposed solutions to ensure simplicity and effectiveness
- Drive stakeholder communication and requirement alignment across teams
- Support transformation and modernization initiatives within the Custody domain
- Work across the full product and project lifecycle in agile delivery environments
What You Bring
- Several years of experience working as a Business Analyst or Requirements Analyst
- Technical background through education and/or previous experience as a developer or tester
- Knowledge and experience within the Custody domain
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Structured mindset with strong attention to detail
- Experience working with complex systems and large-scale transformation projects
- Ability to work effectively in fast-moving and changing environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience collaborating across multiple business and technical domains
- Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within teams
- Experience managing multiple priorities, deadlines, and initiatives simultaneously
- Proactive, self-driven, and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to create structure and drive progress even in ambiguous situations
