With sensors and drowns becoming available to everyone, the next big thing in modern warfare is not to be able to see the enemy but instead not to be seen by the enemy.

Do you want to be a part of a team that is about to change the world? If you are, we are now looking for a Commercial Manager to join our team at Saab Barracuda in Gamleby, Västervik. You will be responsible for coordinating the commercial aspects of our business. You will work closely with our Product Sales Responsible and our partners and consultants in the world to ensure that we do the right business in a correct way.

This role is both challenging and holistic regarding the spectrum of responsibilities and interfaces and you will work with colleagues within the business unit, the business area as well as internal and external partners and customers. The position may include both national and international travel.

Your profile

We place great emphasis on personal qualities and are looking for a driven and ambitious individual who can combine a strategic, big-picture perspective with strong attention to detail. A law degree is required for the position, together with a strong commercial mindset and solid understanding of different business models.

You are an excellent communicator who easily builds trusted professional relationships and collaborates effectively in international and culturally diverse environments. You have strong self-management skills and the ability to handle multiple parallel tasks independently. You are strong in negotiation and can easily navigate in the commercial landscape.

We are also looking for someone who contributes to an open, innovative and trust-based work environment, acts as a role model within the team, and proactively identifies opportunities, challenges and efficiencies in both strategic and operational matters.

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
