Assignment Description

We are looking for an experienced Change Management & Culture Development Lead

What You Will Work On

  • Develop, plan, and execute change management strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Lead organizational transformation initiatives focusing on people, leadership, and culture
  • Analyze change impacts on individuals, processes, and organizational culture
  • Define and anchor desired values, behaviors, and organizational mindsets
  • Support leaders in driving engagement, managing resistance, and acting as change role models
  • Facilitate workshops, dialogues, and readiness activities supporting transformation initiatives
  • Develop audience-adapted communication, training, and enablement materials
  • Establish and follow up KPIs related to adoption, engagement, and behavioral change
  • Support both strategic transformation programs and operational change initiatives
  • Collaborate across all organizational levels from executive leadership to operational teams

What You Bring

  • Documented and extensive experience in change management and organizational/cultural transformation
  • Strong understanding of human behavior, motivation, and group dynamics
  • Experience working across all organizational levels, from executive leadership to operational teams
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and influencing skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to adapt communication and messaging to different target audiences
  • High emotional intelligence and strong relationship-building capabilities
  • Structured, analytical, and goal-oriented working style
  • Ability to thrive in environments characterized by complexity, uncertainty, and continuous change
  • Fluent Swedish and English language skills
