Role Summary

Required as part of the role As a Flight Test Engineer, you will perform testing and verification of our unmanned autonomous mission systems. You will work closely with development engineers, remote pilots, and technicians to ensure safe, structured, and data-driven flight testing. You’ll operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with activities split between our facility in Linköping and external flight test locations (national and international).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed test procedures

• Plan and define flight test campaigns

• Conduct ground and flight testing

• Monitor system behaviour during flight and make real-time operational decisions

• Collect, analyse, and interpret flight data

• Document test results

• Identify and report deviations and participate in troubleshooting

• Support customer demonstrations and operational showcases

We’re Looking For

• A strong communicator and collaborative team player

• Responsible, solution-oriented, and proactive

• Comfortable working in dynamic and sometimes high-tempo environments Required Qualifications

• Post-secondary technical education (e.g., aerospace, mechanical, electrical, systems engineering) alternatively professional experience in flight testing

• Fluent in English (written and spoken)

• Category B driver’s license

• 4+ years' experience in aviation and/or defence industry
