Assignment Description
We are looking for a highly experienced Principal Scrum Master / Java Backend Developer
What You Will Work On
- Act as Scrum Master and Agile facilitator for a DevOps team
- Develop and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot
- Build scalable cloud-native solutions in AWS serverless environments
- Work with microservices architecture and asynchronous programming
- Support CI/CD processes and DevOps best practices
- Collaborate closely with developers, architects, and product stakeholders
- Contribute to technical architecture and backend design decisions
- Work with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Support automation, deployment, and operational stability
- Contribute to Agile delivery processes using Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban
What You Bring
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Java backend development
- Experience in Scrum Master or Team Lead roles
- Strong expertise in Java backend development
- Strong TypeScript skills
- Experience with AWS, especially serverless architectures
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and system design
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Experience with GitHub and version control workflows
- Strong Spring Boot experience
- Experience with asynchronous programming
- Experience with Unix and Linux environments
- Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Experience working in Agile frameworks such as Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
