Assignment Description

We are looking for a Senior Test Manager for the NGO2B program (Next Generation Offer to Billing), a SaaS transformation initiative aimed at replacing two on-premises billing solutions.

What You Will Work On

• Define and drive the overall test strategy for the program
• Lead test planning, execution, reporting, and defect management
• Coordinate end-to-end testing across distributed systems and integrations
• Ensure quality assurance across SaaS platforms, integration layers, and downstream systems
• Manage testing of APIs, Kafka-based integrations, and batch processing flows
• Collaborate with development teams, architects, vendors, and business stakeholders
• Support testing activities throughout the SaaS transformation lifecycle
• Drive structured and pragmatic testing processes within a complex enterprise environment
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical validation

What You Bring

• Extensive experience as a Test Manager in large-scale IT programs
• Proven experience leading testing of integration-heavy solutions involving APIs, Kafka, and batch integrations
• Strong understanding of end-to-end testing in distributed architectures
• Experience working with SaaS transformation programs
• Strong stakeholder management skills across business and technical domains
• Structured, pragmatic, and leadership-oriented approach
• Experience from the banking or financial services sector is required
• Strong communication and coordination skills in complex environments
