Your Mission:
As an Operational Procurement Officer, you'll play a critical role in keeping our aircraft operational 24/7 by managing spare parts procurement with precision and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure efficient procurement/repair of high-value aircraft parts.
- Source vendors, negotiate effectively, and recommend the best offers.
- Process warranty claims and maintain optimal stock levels across locations.
- Stay updated on airworthiness regulations and reduce unnecessary costs.
Your Skills and Expertise:
- Education in Logistics/Supply Chain.
- Strong negotiation and quick sourcing abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Knowledge of purchasing, repairing, shipping, and warranty administration.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Experience of procuring aviation spare parts, knowledge about aviation supplies and the market is required for this role.
Preferred Experience:
- Hands-on expertise with Envision, MRO-based ERP systems, and aviation supply procurement.
- Swedish language skills are an advantage
Additional Requirements:
As this role involves a security-classified area, passing a background check is mandatory.
