Assignment Description
We are looking for a Senior Requirements Lead to support a big data initiative,
What You Will Work On
- Establish and structure requirements management processes
- Drive and define non-functional requirements (security, performance, availability)
- Translate ISO standards into practical working methods
- Facilitate workshops and alignment forums across stakeholders
- Define governance, roles, and responsibilities for requirements handling
- Act as a methodological advisor within the organization
- Ensure adoption and adherence to defined processes
- Bridge business, architecture, and IT perspectives
What You Bring
- Senior-level experience in requirements analysis and requirements management
- Strong expertise in non-functional requirements (NFRs)
- Experience defining and implementing requirements processes and governance
- Ability to translate theoretical frameworks into practical ways of working
- Experience facilitating workshops and driving stakeholder alignment
- Strong communication skills bridging business and IT
- Experience working with information security standards (e.g., ISO 27000 series)
