Assignment Description
We are looking for a Release Coordinator
What You Will Work On
- Coordinate testing activities across releases and teams
- Create and maintain a consolidated view of test progress and status
- Support test leads and ensure test execution aligns with plans
- Identify risks, issues, and dependencies related to testing and releases
- Coordinate and manage test environments
- Track and follow up on test activities and outcomes
- Support monthly release cycles and larger test initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors
- Drive improvements in testing processes and release practices
- Contribute to continuous improvement through feedback and learnings
What You Bring
- Relevant academic degree or equivalent experience
- Several years of experience in roles such as Test Coordinator, Release Coordinator, or similar
- Experience working in agile environments, preferably with outsourced IT setups
- Strong coordination and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work across teams
- Strong communication skills in Swedish and English
- Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to balance attention to detail with a holistic perspective
