Assignment Description
We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to support one or more business units within a leading international R&D organization in the automotive sector.
What You Will Work On
- Partner with business leaders to drive HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Support and manage core HR processes such as salary reviews, performance management, and talent development
- Advise on employee relations matters, including union dialogue and negotiations
- Provide guidance on complex HR topics with a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach
- Lead or contribute to HR initiatives within areas such as:
- Work Environment
- Change Management
- Labor Law & Labor Relations
- Support compensation and benefits processes as well as HR controlling activities
- Strengthen leadership capabilities and contribute to a consistent manager experience
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture
What You Bring
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner supporting leaders and management teams
- Strong knowledge of Swedish labor law and labor relations
- Proven experience in union negotiations and employee relations
- Solid understanding of compensation and benefits practices in Sweden
- Experience working in international and cross-cultural environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
