Assignment Description

We are seeking an experienced IS Project Manager

What You Will Work On

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of a new ServiceNow instance (greenfield)
  • Define project scope, governance structures, timelines, and budgets
  • Plan and track milestones across all phases (initiation, design, build, testing, deployment)
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including architects, analysts, testers, IT support, and external partners
  • Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change control processes
  • Drive stakeholder communication, executive reporting, and decision-making forums
  • Oversee testing, cutover planning, go-live activities, and hypercare support
  • Ensure smooth transition and handover to IT operations
  • Close the project with documentation, financial reconciliation, and lessons learned

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience as an IT/IS Project Manager
  • Proven track record of leading full lifecycle IT implementation projects
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience (greenfield preferred)
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform and ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog, PPM)
  • Experience working with structured project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet)
  • Formal project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or ServiceNow CPM)
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
