Assignment Description

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the Additive Manufacturing (AM) work package within a large-scale industrial program.

What You Will Work On

  • Lead the Additive Manufacturing work package, including coordination of all sub-streams
  • Own the industrialization and ramp-up of AM components (e.g., Guide Vanes) from development to serial production
  • Develop and manage the end-to-end business case (costs, benefits, risks, and timelines)
  • Prepare decision materials for CAPEX investments and approvals
  • Drive investment projects for AM equipment (printers and post-processing), including procurement, installation, and qualification
  • Ensure readiness for service introduction, including documentation and rollout strategy
  • Support new unit introduction, ensuring alignment with product development processes and configuration management
  • Secure manufacturing and post-processing capacity aligned with ramp-up plans
  • Act as the central integration and escalation point across internal teams and external partners
  • Own and maintain the integrated master plan, including dependencies across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate risks proactively
  • Represent the program in steering committees and management forums
  • Ensure governance, milestone tracking, financial follow-up, and change control

What You Bring

  • 5–10+ years of experience as a Senior Project or Program Manager in complex industrial environments
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing ramp-up and production qualification processes
  • Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional programs
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including senior leadership and external partners
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
  • Background in gas turbine components, service operations, or new unit production
