Assignment Description

We are currently seeking a Service Manager

What You Will Work On

  • Own and manage end-to-end service delivery within a production environment
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and quality targets
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and internal teams
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to support service operations
  • Manage incidents, escalations, and problem resolution processes
  • Support and drive service improvements, upgrades, and changes
  • Monitor and report on service performance and operational metrics
  • Ensure proper documentation, processes, and service readiness
  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders for ongoing improvements

What You Bring

  • Experience in service delivery, service management, or similar roles
  • Understanding of industrial IT systems and environments
  • Experience with incident, problem, and change management processes
  • Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Experience working with KPIs, SLAs, and service performance tracking
  • General understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers and systems
  • Strong communication skills and structured way of working
