Assignment Description

We are seeking a seasoned Engineering Manager

What You Will Work On

• Lead, support, and develop 2–3 agile engineering teams
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives at both team and individual levels
• Establish and refine efficient workflows, processes, and delivery frameworks
• Ensure effective onboarding and continuous skill development within teams
• Coach team members in collaboration, communication, and delivery excellence
• Collaborate closely with other Engineering Managers, Staff Engineers, and product teams
• Strengthen cross-team collaboration in a distributed systems environment
• Identify and remove organizational and technical bottlenecks proactively
• Foster a culture of ownership, engagement, and teamwork

What You Bring

• 3–5+ years of experience in a leadership role within software engineering (e.g., Engineering Manager, Tech Lead with people responsibility)
• Previous hands-on experience as a software developer
• Strong experience working with agile methodologies in fast-paced environments
• Solid understanding of modern system architectures, such as:
• Microservices and distributed systems
• Cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or equivalent)
• Containerized environments (e.g., Kubernetes)
• Experience working with data-driven decision-making and delivery metrics
• Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop both teams and individuals
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (spoken and written)
