Assignment Description

We are currently looking for a Tender & Project Sustainability Specialist

What You Will Work On

  • Lead and coordinate sustainability requirements during tenders and project execution
  • Ensure compliance with sustainability-related legal and regulatory requirements
  • Communicate sustainability requirements to stakeholders and project teams
  • Collect and analyze project data for life cycle assessments and reporting
  • Monitor sustainability KPIs and drive corrective actions when needed
  • Estimate and manage sustainability-related costs in projects and tenders
  • Collaborate with internal teams and customers to track sustainability performance
  • Align project sustainability efforts with overall sustainability strategy and targets
  • Contribute to development of tools and processes supporting sustainability work

What You Bring

  • Experience managing or coordinating large infrastructure or engineering projects
  • Knowledge of sustainability reporting and ESG frameworks
  • Understanding of sustainability-related laws and regulations
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership
  • Collaborative mindset with ability to work across teams
  • Experience driving change and continuous improvements
