Assignment Description
We are currently looking for a Tender & Project Sustainability Specialist
What You Will Work On
- Lead and coordinate sustainability requirements during tenders and project execution
- Ensure compliance with sustainability-related legal and regulatory requirements
- Communicate sustainability requirements to stakeholders and project teams
- Collect and analyze project data for life cycle assessments and reporting
- Monitor sustainability KPIs and drive corrective actions when needed
- Estimate and manage sustainability-related costs in projects and tenders
- Collaborate with internal teams and customers to track sustainability performance
- Align project sustainability efforts with overall sustainability strategy and targets
- Contribute to development of tools and processes supporting sustainability work
What You Bring
- Experience managing or coordinating large infrastructure or engineering projects
- Knowledge of sustainability reporting and ESG frameworks
- Understanding of sustainability-related laws and regulations
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Collaborative mindset with ability to work across teams
- Experience driving change and continuous improvements
