Assignment Description
We are currently seeking a Quality Systems Manager on behalf of a client within the Life Science sector.
What You Will Work On
- Establish and maintain quality processes within the Quality Management System
- Evaluate and approve suppliers as part of the Supplier Quality Board
- Manage supplier quality issues (SCARs) and oversee corrective actions
- Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Support quality activities across development, manufacturing, and analysis
- Handle quality-related processes such as complaints, CAPAs, and change controls
- Drive continuous improvements in quality systems and processes
What You Bring
- Experience working as a Quality Systems Manager or similar role within Life Science
- Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems and supplier quality processes
- Experience handling supplier quality issues and corrective actions (SCARs)
- Knowledge of complaints, CAPA, and change control processes (CC)
- Ability to work cross-functionally with procurement and supply chain teams
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively
- Proactive, flexible, and adaptable mindset
- High level of integrity and ability to take initiative
