Assignment Description
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst
What You Will Work On
- Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams to understand business needs
- Translate business requirements into functional and non-functional specifications
- Work closely with architects, business analysts, and development teams to refine solutions
- Monitor and ensure requirements fulfilment throughout delivery
- Support development teams during implementation
- Analyze and adapt existing solutions to evolving business needs
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions, and requirement sessions
- Contribute to improving ways of working (WoW) and requirement management processes
- Work within a DevOps environment focused on microservices and connectivity
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis or similar role
- Strong experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation
- Experience conducting stakeholder interviews and workshops
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Power BI or similar tools
- Understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
