Assignment Description
We are looking for an Agile Product Leader
What You Will Work On
- Own and drive the product vision and roadmap for Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and dependencies
- Analyze and document business processes and requirements
- Translate business needs into user stories and functional specifications
- Facilitate workshops and collaborate with stakeholders across business and IT
- Support solution design, testing, and acceptance processes
- Ensure alignment with architectural principles and integration standards
- Track performance and outcomes using KPIs and data-driven insights
- Drive continuous improvement and standardization of processes and ways of working
What You Bring
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role
- Experience working within ERP environments
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Strong experience in requirements management and process modeling
- Experience working in agile environments
- Understanding of end-to-end business processes, preferably Order-to-Delivery
- Good understanding of system architecture and integration principles
- Ability to analyze data and track performance using KPIs
