About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Mechanical Engineer to support our ongoing engineering and sustainability projects. The role includes technical support, project coordination, and collaboration with international partners. Your work will span across Sustainability, circular economy, and climate transition, using participatory approaches to generate insight, foster dialogue, and turn shared ideas into actionable innovations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support stakeholder meetings, workshops, and technical discussions within projects
- Support in MG’s ongoing and future projects and facilitate partners communication
- Support internal coordination and organizational processes related to projects
- Prepare clear reports and communication materials that document learnings and impact
- Support development of Swedish, EU, and international funding proposals related to MG’s interest topics.
- Support engineering design, analysis, and technical documentation
- Assist in data analysis and reporting for engineering projects
- Assist in engineering calculations, system analysis, and technical evaluations
What We’re Looking For
- Academic or professional background in engineering, technology, sustainability, or related fields
- Experience in teamwork, communication, or project collaboration
- Strong communication skills in English (Swedish and other languages is a plus)
- Proficiency in AutoCad, SolidWorks, and Adobe Creative Suite
- A collaborative, curious, and purpose-driven mindset
